Relative Work Experience:         Between 2 - 5 Years (working / Having worked in a Contact Centre Environment with a reputed Travel Management Company (Travel Agency or OTA)

Notice Period:                                15 - 30 Days      

Candidate’s Current Location:  Pune, MH (Preferred)

Key (Mandatory) Operational & Soft skills required:

·       IATA/UFTAA Diploma or Certification (Basic or Advanced).

·       Excellent Communication Skills in the English Language (Verbal & Written).

·       Good working knowledge of International Leisure Travel operations (viz. Hotel Reservations, Holiday Packages and other Ancillary services).

·       Good working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)

·       Good working knowledge of International Airline Reservations (Ticket issuance, Cancellations, Refunds)

·       Is currently working or has previously worked in a Contact Centre / Sales environment.

 

Other key (Mandatory) requisites:

·       Open to working a six (6) day week. (Saturdays - Thursdays).

·       Open to working in multiple day shifts on a monthly rotational basis.

Open to working in Night Shifts (If and when introduced).
