Job Description

Experience: 4-8 Years.

Role:- EBS HRMS Payroll Consultant

Location :- Work from home

Candidate should be ready for onsite travel ( Doha, Qatar) whenever required.

  • Experience: 4-8 Years
  • Must have at least 2 Full cycle Implementation & Support experience of Oracle Apps HRMS Modules of Payroll ( Major ) Core HR, SSHR and iRecruitment as well as experience of one or more advanced modules (OTL, OLM, Performance management).
  • Technical awareness of the working of Oracle Apps Forms/Reports, Pl/SQL, Interfaces.
  • Should have good in writing Payroll fast formulas and Formula Functions.
  • Should have good knowledge in Payroll, Costing, Retro & GL.
  • Should have good experience in Support Projects and working against SLA's

 

Skills:
- Must have Strong product skills in HCM Modules in EBS Version 12.1.* & R12.2.*.

- Prepare UTR and demonstration Prepare Test case for UAT and assistance
- Prepare plan for Production deployment of the new features required.

- Should have worked in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, documentation, configuration, testing, training and go-live.

- Ability to provide robust solutions with pros & cons of the proposed solution when standard functionality cannot meet customer requirements.

- Should be well experienced in Oracle Payroll, Fast Formulas writing, Creating New elements, Costing, Retro and all other payroll processes.
-Must have good testing and defect analysis skills to identify & resolve bugs. Advise of SQL tuning & table health improvements, plan & conduct performance & load testing. 
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and problem solving skills.
