Education Background: Preferred – MBA/CA/CMA. Strong Knowledge on accounts and Finance is Mandatory

Skill set: ( on premise & Cloud) – Expert in cloud. Knowledge of On-premise will be added advantage.

·       Overall 8+ years of experience

·       Hyperion: Planning & Budgeting, Essbase, Data, FDMEE

·  EPM Cloud: Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital Asset Expense, Financial Statements / reports, Cost Management and Profitability, Financial Consolidation and Closure

·       Minimum 5 End to end implementation. Solution Architect experience will be preferred.

·     Have worked in Hyperion earlier and currently working on SaaS cloud

·       Strong Knowledge accounts and Finance is Mandatory.

·       An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of Oracle EPM solutions.

·  Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

·       Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle EPM to meet customer needs.

·       Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

·       Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

·       May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members.

·        Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.

·  Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

·       Provide pre-sales support in terms of EPM.

·       Provide expertise in building innovative solutions for EPM scope.

·   Demonstrate professional communication skills including presenting in front of clients, client workshops and regional events;

·       Development of proposal content, articulation of methodology, and formal written deliverables.

·       Coach, mentor and train junior consultants.

·       Network and Collaborate by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team and cross lines of business.

·    Should have experience in working for various customers across the Global. Should be ready to travel abroad for project works.
