Role :- HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant ( Permanent )

Location :- WFH

Ready to travel onsite location – Doha Qatar

Notice Period :- Immediate/ within 15 days

HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant (4+ Years’ Experience)  - Permanent

·       Experience 4-8+ years of experience

·       Must have at least 2 Full cycle Implementation & Support experience of Oracle HCM cloud (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management & Workforce Management).

·       Implementation Experience in Payroll & Fast Formulas is mandatory.

·       Should have earlier experience as Oracle EBS HRMS consultant.

·       Should be well versed with cloud Monthly / Quarterly update process

·       Should have good experience in Support Projects and working against SLA's

·       Earlier experience in Oracle EBS (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Advance modules)

·       Must have Strong product skills in HCM cloud Strategic in Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Global Human Resources, HR Help Desk, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Goal Management and Performance Management

·       Prepare UTR unit Test cases and demonstration Prepare Test case for UAT and assistance

·       Ability to provide robust solutions with pros & cons of the proposed solution when standard functionality cannot meet customer requirements.
